- In a bowl, season the shrimp, add salt, crushed garlic, cumin pepper, saffron and set aside.
- In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil and onion until golden.
- Put the shrimp until it changes color, then add some cilantro and lemon, and turn off the heat.
