- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Coconut milk1/2 can(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese250 g
- Salt, Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Clean and season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, let it marinate for about 35 minutes.
- In a pan, put the oil and gradually start to fry the shrimp, do not let it fry too much.
- Then transfer to a refractory and set aside. In the same pan that you fried the shrimp, place the cream, curd and coconut milk. Mix, it will be liquid!
- Place over the shrimp and throw the grated cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven until gratin.
