- Clean shrimp1 kg
- Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Catupiry250 g
- Grated Mozzarella150 g
- Sour cream300 ml
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Start by seasoning the shrimp, with squeezed garlic, Bahian seasoning, black pepper, lemon juice and salt
- In a hot pan, add the olive oil, the prawns little by little, turn for a few minutes until they are pink
- Repeat the process until finished and book
- In the same pan, put the butter, the onion, let it brown a little, add the cream, nutmeg, mix and let it boil a little
- Add this sauce to a platter, place the catupiry, prawns, mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until browned.
- Ready, serve as you wish!
