- Celery1 cup
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Water1 l
- White wine1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Cut all vegetables into equal sizes. In a pan put the oil over high heat. As soon as it heats up, add the vegetables and sauté until they are caramelized. Add the shrimp shells and let them brown slightly. Add the white wine and reduce everything. Add the water, season with salt and pepper to taste. Once it boils, lower the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes. Your broth is ready! Frozen has a shelf life of 3 months.
