- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Chopped leek1/2 cup
- Fresh cream1 cup
- Steamed peas (can)1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan1/2 cup
- Cooked rice1 cup
- Fresh Basil1 to taste
- In a hot skillet, add oil and butter and brown the spaced shrimp for 2 minutes (season with salt and pepper at the time). Reserve. In the same skillet, butter and sauté the leek. Add cream and peas until thickened. Add the other ingredients and finish with basil leaves.
