- Whole shrimp300 g
- Cleaned and peeled shrimp700 g
- Cooked rice3 cup
- Garlic Clove6 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sour cream395 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Season the prawns with salt and black pepper, 3 crushed garlic cloves and the juice of 1 lemon. Fry the WHOLE prawns and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the oil and 3 crushed garlic cloves until golden. Add the cleaned and peeled shrimp, onion, tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Correct the salt if necessary, add the cream and rice. Finish with the green smell and the whole fried prawns
