- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- shrimp2 cup
- Raw Cassava Flour2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- In a medium saucepan, place the olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until golden.
- Add the pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp change color.
- Add the manioc flour, mix and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add the green smell, stir and serve immediately.
