- Large butternut squash1 unit(s)
- Oil for greasing the pumpkin0 to taste
- Pink Shrimp500 g
- Culinary cottage cheese400 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato3 unit(s)
- Creamy pot cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
- Wash the pumpkin - remove the lid and clean the whole week with a spoon. Grease the pumpkin with oil all over the outside - put in the microwave for 30 minutes.
- In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil - brown the prawns previously seasoned with salt and pepper and the lemon juice - saute the prawns for a maximum of three minutes and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the garlic and onion, add the tomatoes and let it form a sauce - add the cottage cheese, return the prawns to the pan (with the heat off) and stir well to mix the flavors and set aside.
- With the pumpkin already soft, put a layer of curd cheese, one of shrimp and keep repeating until you fill the pumpkin.
- Take it back to the microwave or oven just to warm up and serve in the wake.
