- Squash Pumpkin1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1/2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Grated cheese100 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a pan start frying the prawns! Pick up and book
- In the dirty shrimp pan, sauté the onion and tomato and let it cook until it forms a sauce
- Add the coconut milk, the cream and the cottage cheese and return with the shrimp season with salt and black pepper and finish with parsley
- Bake the pumpkin in the microwave for 2 min or cook in boiling water
- Remove the core from the pumpkin and season it completely with salt and black pepper.
