- Clean medium shrimp1/2 kg
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Palm oil1/2 cup
- Medium onions cut into rings2 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander1/2 cup
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- Sliced green onions2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes cut into slices3 unit(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Clean the shrimp and season with salt and lemon juice. Reserve.
- Saute all seasonings for 15 minutes in palm oil.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes with the pan covered.
- Finally add the coconut milk. Serve with white rice.
