- Chopped coriander1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk1 cup
- In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and lemon. Reserve. In a pan, fry the onion in the oil until soft. Add the tomato and pepper and cook for five minutes. Add the palm oil, coriander and coconut milk stirring. Let it boil. Add the shrimp and cook for five minutes. Sprinkle with the chives and serve.
