- In a container place the shrimp and season with garlic, lemon, salt and seasoning. Let it rest for 25 minutes; for the seasoning to catch on the shrimp.
- Then in a frying pan add 100 ml of oil to fry.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until it is well fried.
- Then just put it on a paper towel to drain the oil, then put it on a plate.
