- Arborio rice2 cup
- Clean Shrimps300 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Colorau to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Season the shrimp with salt and set aside.
- Saute all ingredients in olive oil, except for the cream that will be added at the end.
- Add the rice and stir so that the grains are well mixed with the oil and seasonings.
- Let it boil.
- After drying the second rice water, put the shrimp and let it cook together with the rice.
- Pay attention to the point of rice and shrimp, as both should be well cooked.
- Before turning off the fire, add the milk cream and let it boil until it tastes like it.
- When it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and serve hot.
