  • Clean Shrimps300 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Colorau to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Season the shrimp with salt and set aside.
  2. Saute all ingredients in olive oil, except for the cream that will be added at the end.
  3. Add the rice and stir so that the grains are well mixed with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Let it boil.
  5. After drying the second rice water, put the shrimp and let it cook together with the rice.
  6. Pay attention to the point of rice and shrimp, as both should be well cooked.
  7. Before turning off the fire, add the milk cream and let it boil until it tastes like it.
  8. When it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and serve hot.
