- Season the prawns with salt, lemon and a clove of garlic.
- In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and sauté the shrimp for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
- In another pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the remaining onion and garlic. Then add the rice, stir and add the wine, stirring constantly.
- Dissolve the bouillon cubes in water and add to the paste. Keep moving.
- Then add the prawns, tomato and basil.
- Turn off the pan, then mix in the butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately
