- Chopped skinless tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Palm oil to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Boiled cassava500 g
- Coriander to taste
- Shrimp500 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a pan with olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion, bell pepper, pepper and tomato and set aside.
- Beat the cassava in the blender and add the coconut milk
- In the pan that is in step 1, place the beaten cassava and add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Season the prawns with lemon, salt and garlic
- When the cream is ready add the shrimp and cook for another 10 minutes. Stirring constantly so as not to burn
- Finally put the palm oil and coriander on top
- Serve with white rice. Enjoy
