  • Recipe
  • Peeled and gutted shrimp200 g
  • Chayote cut into medium cubes1 cup
  • Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped alfalfa to taste
  • Fresh Oregano to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, seasonings and mix. Add the chayote and cook until al dente.
  3. Add the prawns and cook in the sauce until cooked, adjust the salt and serve immediately.
