- medium shrimp1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- butter3 tablespoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- chopped skinless and seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- port wine1 cup
- mushroom1 cup
- fresh milk120 ml
- wheat flour3 tablespoon
- ketchup4 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- White rice to taste
- Straw potato to taste
- Clean the prawns and season them with salt and pepper. Reserve. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the tomato, port wine and sauté.
- Pour into a greased mold and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven (220ºC) for about 60 minutes.
- Then add the champignons, the Heavy cream, the wheat flour, the ketchup, the Worcestershire sauce and let it cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips
