- Shrimp500 g
- Margarine1 dessert spoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Clean the shrimp.
- Place in a pan with the margarine.
- Add the onion and let it cool.
- After the onion is yellow, put the garlic to sauté.
- When the garlic is golden, throw in the shrimp, oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- When the shrimp water dries, throw in the tomato sauce, mustard and mix.
- Turn off the heat, and before serving, add the cream.
