- Pink shrimp200 g
- Seven Beard Shrimp500 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Cognac50 ml
- Champignon1 cup
- Olive Oil5 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the prawns until they turn pink.
- Reserve.
- In the same pan, add two more tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Return the prawns to the pan and pour in the brandy, letting them flambe.
- Add the Heavy cream, ketchup, mustard and English sauce.
- Keep stirring until it starts to boil.
- Add the mushrooms, salt and black pepper, stir well and let it boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve with white rice and straw or fried potatoes.
