- Peeled Shrimp1 kg
- Sparkling wine1 cup
- Leek2 tablespoon
- Onion1 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Start by putting the oil in a frying pan. Grill the shrimp for two minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the prawns and book. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic for three minutes. Add the sparkling wine and let it reduce by half, add the fresh cream and let it boil well. Add the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped chives. Bon appetit 😋😋
