  • Shrimp400 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic clove4 unit(s)
  • Blonde1 unit(s)
  • Chayote2 unit(s)
  • Shrimp stock200 ml
  • Lemon Juice1/4 cup
  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  1. In a bowl season the shrimp with 2 crushed garlic cloves and black pepper to taste and finally add the lemon juice, let it taste for 10 minutes
  2. In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil to the onion cut into small cubes (brunoise) the garlic, let it brown, then add the diced tomato.
  3. Add the shrimp stock and the chayote cut into cubes, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes, finish with cilantro and serve with rice.
