- Clean shrimp, only with syrup380 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat flour1/4 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Chopped cashews1/3 cup
- Oil for frying to taste
- Passion Fruit Pulp2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1/4 cup
- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 teaspoon
- Make the shrimp: season the shrimp with salt and pepper. In a deep dish, place the wheat flour.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and cashews.
- Coat the prawns in the flour. Then, dip them in the beaten eggs and let the excess drip off. Finally, wrap them in the mixture of breadcrumbs and chestnut
- In a pan, heat the oil well and fry the prawns until golden.
- Make the sauce: In a deep bowl, whisk together the frozen passion fruit pulp, mayonnaise, yogurt and sugar vigorously until the ingredients are well blended.
- Arrange the prawns on a platter and serve the sauce on the side.
