- Olive oil, garlic and onion to taste
- Sauté the shrimp with garlic, onion and a little oil until golden brown. Turn off the fire.
- Take a pineapple, part in the middle including the crown, remove all the pulp cut into cubes and set aside, leaving both sides of the pineapple hollow.
- In the pan where the shrimp is, on low heat add the chopped pineapple, the cream, coconut milk and the grated cheese (replacing the salt and moderating the bittersweet caused by the pineapple), in addition to half a spoon of butter.
- As soon as this cream boils, turn off the heat and transfer the cream to the pineapple peel.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy your food.
