- Tilapia1 kg
- Cassava flour3 cup
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for screaming1 cup
- Cut the fish into pieces or we can make it whole too. In a container we will add the fish, salt and garlic and then we will cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After the rest time, we will put our oil to heat and we will pass our fish in the manioc flour.
- After passing our fish in the manioc flour, we will fry it in the hot oil. Fry the fish according to your taste.
