- Potatoes boiled and passed in the juicer700 g
- Milk Cream Can1 unit(s)
- large sliced onions2 unit(s)
- jar of pitted olives1 unit(s)
- 1/5 cup olive oil1 cup
- Butter for greasing20 g
- Sauté the onions in olive oil until they wilt.
- Add the azetones and the cod and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the potato and cream and stir for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the fire and add another strand of olive oil.
- Place the codfish in a refractory greased with margarine and spread the margarine on top again so that it is golden.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with rice, it's practical and fast.
