- Peeled Shrimp1 kg
- Boiled Cassava1 kg
- Homemade seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Smoked paprika1/2 tablespoon
- Coriander to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coconut Milk400 ml
- Clean the shrimp and season with a natural seasoning based on salt, onion, garlic, coriander seeds, turmeric, oregano, basil and bay leaf powder.
- Sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil and add the prawns. Sauté and put the smoked paprika, serve it
- Blend the cooked and warm cassava together with half the coconut milk in a blender
- Once the shrimp are ready, add the manioc cream and mix. Toss in the cilantro to taste and add the other half of the coconut milk. Adjust salt if necessary
- Serve with white rice and salad
