- Marinate the tuna fillet for 30 minutes in lemon with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan well, place the fillet for about 3 minutes on each side (it will depend on the thickness of the fillet, this one was 2.5 cm.
- Retreat and serve with the soy sauce. In this case, I accompanied it with a varied salad and peanuts.
- I like the tuna grilled on the outside and raw on the inside. Frying time may vary depending on your preference for the point of the meat.
