- Thinly sliced smoked salmon80 g
- Ricotta150 g
- Cream cheese150 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Balsamic Reduction to taste
- Mash the ricotta with a fork and mix with the cream cheese, forming a paste.
- Line a bowl of approximately 13 cm in diameter with plastic wrap and make a layer with the salmon. Top with the cheese spread, close with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Unmold and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve with toast or crust.
