- Milk1 cup
- Season the fish with salt and fish seasoning and grill until golden.
- Cut the bananas, fry them and then set aside
- Place the fish on a platter or baking sheet and cover with the bananas.
- For the white sauce, add the cornstarch in a pan, add the milk, stir and bring to the boil and let it cook, add the curd and keep stirring, turn off the heat, add the cream and stir some more.
- Pour the sauce on top of the platter with the fish, put the mozzarella, then bake at 180 degrees until browning, remove from the oven and finish with potato straw.
