- Frozen ring squid1 kg
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Cornstarch300 g
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Black pepper2 teaspoon
- Lime3 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil1 l
- Olive oil50 ml
- Parsley300 g
- Defrost and wash the squid in rings (I put this squid option to make the recipe easier)
- Make a mixture with all the dry ingredients including salt and pepper.
- Season the squid with the lemon, olive oil, salt and black pepper
- Put a pan with sunflower oil to heat
- Assemble the frying station with a slotted spoon and paper towel-lined platter.
- Little by little, bread the squid rings and throw them directly into the oil.
- The process should be like this to have a dry frying: pass it in the flour mixture and put it directly to fry
- Fry them all, remove excess fat with a paper towel and serve with your favorite sauce.
- Finish with chopped parsley, it's delicious!
