- Ring Squid500 g
- Panko flour300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Oil500 ml
- Hondashi, Ajinomoto, Garlic and Sesame Oil to taste
- Take the squid if possible remove the skin around the rings, it will be softer put it in a bowl
- Add seasoning, hondashi, ajinomoto, garlic and sesame oil to taste
- Sprinkle the wheat flour over the squid, add the egg, water and mix well until the dough forms a light coating over the squid.
- Now reserve part of the panko flour on a platter, place the squid rings on the flour and sprinkle, the flour on the rings turn from side to side until coated.
- Put oil in a deep and small pan, let it heat up, and place the rings in small quantities to fry until golden. Place on plate with paper towel
- Siver yourself at will, tips, combine with barbecue sauce or rosé sauce.
