  • Clean medium shrimp300 g
  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Boil water in a couscous pan. Add the prawns and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the red onion, mango, chili pepper into brunoise and add apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar.
  3. Grind roasted and salted almonds and chop the chives.
  4. Place the prawns on a plate, add the vinaigrette, almond farrofa, chives and capelin roe.
