- Clean shrimp without shell800 g
- Clean the shrimp and let it marinate in the fridge in a mixture of lime, soy sauce and mango chutney for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop 2 seedless chili peppers
- Chop 3 cloves of garlic
- Chop 1 medium onion
- Chop a handful of chives
- 1 finger of chopped ginger
- Sauté the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in a wok pan with olive oil
- When the onion starts to become translucent, add salt to taste and a teaspoon of green curry paste.
- add 2 sliced bananas if you like the mix of flavors
- Add 2 small bottles of coconut milk or a large one and let it reduce
- Test the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
- Put the shrimp and the marinade in the mixture and let it taste.
- In approximately 7 minutes it will be ready
- Finish the salt and add the chives and voila
