- Potatoes500 g
- Banana leaf509 g
- Raw rice300 g
- Cabbage300 g
- Onion100 g
- Garlic20 g
- Parsley50 g
- Olive oil50 g
- Salt to taste20 g
- Preparing the marinade. Put all the seasonings in the blender and blend.
- Sprinkle all the marinade on the fish, put it in the bag and let it rest for half an hour.
