- Sicilian lemon4 unit(s)
- Coriander and chives1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Cut the tilapia into small cubes;
- Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into very thin strips;
- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes;
- Mix the tilapia fillet together with the onion, pepper, salt; Add the lemon juice and take it to the fridge to rest for 1 hour;
- After the period, drain the liquid that formed, add the tomato and mix, to finish adding the cilantro, chives and a thread of olive oil.
