- Tilapia Fillet300 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Lemon juice60 ml
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
- Coriander or parsley to taste
- Cut the tilapia fillets into cubes and season with salt, pepper and lemon, keep in the fridge. Blanch the onion in hot water and after it cools, cut it into very thin slices. Add the onions, chili pepper and cilantro to the marinade to taste. It can be served in bowls or even small glasses as an aperitif.
