- Girl's Finger Pepper or Scent1/2 unit(s)
- Red onion1/3 unit(s)
- Mango1/2 unit(s)
- Corn3 tablespoon
- Tahiti lemon4 unit(s)
- Coriander, salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the tilapia fillets into medium cubes. Cut the mango and pepper into small cubes. Cut the onion into half moons.
- In a bowl, add the tilapia cubes, half moon onion, diced mango, green corn, chopped pepper.
- Add the juice of the 4 lemons.
- Chop cilantro and add.
