Cortei em tiras, 1 k de tilápia, depois temperei bem com alho ralado, limão, pimenta-do reino, sal

Passei na farinha de trigo, coloquei um pouco de fubá, misturei as farinhas, passei nas tiras , fritei em óleo bem quente, depois coloquei pra escorrer a gordura no papel toalha, servi com 🍋, ficou uma delícia.
