- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Tomato Extract1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato and green beans to taste
- Water2 cup
- Saute the onion in a drizzle of oil.
- Then add the saffron and tomato paste. Let it cool a little longer.
- After everything is sautéed, add the water, tomato, pod, pepper and salt.
- When the sauce comes to a boil, add the tilapia fillet and let it cook.
- Tip: at the end you can add green smell. You can use other vegetables instead of tomatoes and green beans, for example: carrots, broccoli... This sauce is a great option to vary your day-to-day grilling. You can make it with chicken fillet too.
