- Tilapia fillet1 kg
- Asparagus1/2 can(s)
- Palm1/2 can(s)
- Dehydrated Parsley1 to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cumin to taste
- First, wash the fillet steaks well, add lemon, salt and cumin to taste. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- Then, sear the fillets in a non-stick skillet with oil. Reserve.
- In the same pan that the fillets were sealed, add the chopped hearts of palm and the asparagus, and sauté a little. Reserve.
- In a refractory place the fillets, sprinkle dehydrated parsley to taste and place the hearts of palm and asparagus on top. Serve warm!
