- Very Ripe Ground Banana4 unit(s)
- coconut milk20 ml
- Salt and Lemon to taste
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt and lemon to taste and leave to marinate
- Place the 4 unpeeled bananas in a pan. Cover with water and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the bananas from the pan, peel them and put them in a blender with the coconut milk.
- Add this mixture from the blender in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook until the desired point is reached.
- Take the tilapia fillets and in a frying pan put some butter and olive oil, let it heat up and grill the fish on both sides
