- Tilapia fillets01 kg
- Squeezed or crushed garlic04 to taste
- Onion slices01 unit(s)
- Potato cut into thin slices03 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomatoes01 unit(s)
- Basil01 coffee spoon
- Chimichurri01 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil01 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- In a large pan, preferably with tfal, add the oil, a pinch of salt and garlic.
- Line the bottom of the pan with the potato and layer the onion, pepper, tomato and seasonings.
- Add the tilapia steaks and make another layer with the peppers and tomato. Add the vinegar and increase the salt as needed.
- Bring to a boil over low heat and finish with tomato sauce.
- Add cilantro if you like, it's delicious.
