- Skinless Tilapia Fillets500 g
- Sicilian lemon3 unit(s)
- Butter at room temperature2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, mint and parsley) to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Reserve.
- Cut the lessons into slices and accommodate them in a greased shape with oil.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the lemons.
- Mix the butter with the finely crushed garlic and the finely chopped fresh herbs.
- Spread the seasoned butter over the fish fillets and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
