- Tilapia Fillet800 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Leek to taste
- Salt, black pepper, sweet paprika and thyme to taste
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Milk300 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Oregano, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
- Boiled and mashed potatoes800 g
- Cashew Nuts100 g
- Prepare the potatoes as a puree, but without milk.
- In a large skillet, brown the onion, tomato and garlic. Add the tilapia fillets and break them up in a stir-fry.
- Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika and thyme. Add the green smell. Reserve
- Prepare the white sauce: milk, salt, nutmeg, oregano and cornstarch. Cook until it boils, thickens and loses the taste of starch.
- Mounting. With an 8 cm diameter ring, assemble the well married: a layer of potatoes, a layer of braised tilapia, a layer of white sauce, a layer of potatoes. (Leave the rim filled in) Remove the rim.
- To finish, prepare a cashew nut farofinha with green smell and sprinkle the well married. Serve with garlic broccoli and olive oil, or a green leafy salad.
