- Large Potato1 unit(s)
- Large Tomato1 unit(s)
- Large Green Pepper1 unit(s)
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Leek50 g
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano and Chimichurri to taste
- Green Smell20 g
- First peel the potato and cut it into slices and put it in a pan with water and salt to cook for 10 minutes. And book. Also cut the onion, tomato, green pepper and leek into slices. Reserve.
- Season the tilapia with salt, black pepper and Chimichurri. Let it rest for 15 minutes. In a refractory, put a strand of olive oil and between each layer too. First, make a layer of potatoes, one of green peppers, one of fish, one of onions and the last layer of leeks.
- Close with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the paper and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Put the green smell before serving.
