- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Place the fillets in a bowl, then squeeze the lemon juice and leave to marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
- After the fillets have marinated, add the other powdered seasonings, stir and set aside.
- In a refractory, put oil, chop the potatoes into slices and cover the refractory with the already chopped potatoes.
- After making the potato bed, add a layer of the fillet, a layer of red onion and pepper. Repeat the process until the fillet, onion and pepper are used up.
- Once the assembly is complete, bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
