- Small coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Coriander per to taste
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and saffron.
- Cut the peppers, tomato and onion into slices.
- In a pan, make layers, alternating onion, fish, peppers and tomato.
- Finally, add the coconut milk, adjust the salt and sprinkle the cilantro on top.
- Let it cook on low heat until the fish is soft.
