- Coconut milk500 ml
- Palm oil50 ml
- Coriander1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and chili pepper to taste
- Whole milk500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Cassava flour3 tablespoon
- Stew: Cut the tilapia fillets in half and season with salt. Cut all the vegetables into thin slices, mix and season with salt. Place the palm in a refractory dish, greasing the entire surface. Arrange half of the vegetables, place the fish and cover it with the remaining vegetables. Drizzle with coconut milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the chopped cilantro coarsely.
