  • Tilapia fillets500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour1/3 cup
  • Bottle butter1/4 cup
  • Pineapple4 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish fillets with salt. Pass a minimum amount of wheat flour on the fillets, to remove the moisture from the fish
  2. Heat a skillet with a high edge, preferably cast iron, and add the butter.
  3. Fry the fillets with the help of a spatula, browning on both sides. Reserve on a plate
  4. In the same skillet, brown the pineapple slices over low heat. Reserve.
  5. Place the fillets back in the pan, over the juice that has been released from the pineapple, so that the flavor of the broth mixes with the fish. Drain and serve.
